Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about tickets, access, venues and our events.
Everything you need to know before a Atlantis UK show — tickets, venues, accessibility and contact.
Tickets
Where do I buy tickets?
Each event page on /events links to its official ticketing partner (AXS, Ticketmaster, See Tickets, the venue box office, etc.). Atlantis UK does not resell tickets.
Can I get a refund?
Refund policy is set by the ticketing partner. If a show is cancelled or postponed, refunds are processed under UK consumer law through the original seller.
Are e-tickets accepted?
Yes — most UK venues accept e-tickets (PDF or mobile wallet). Check the venue's instructions in your confirmation email.
Venues & access
Are the venues accessible?
Accessibility varies by venue. See the venue's own page on /venues for wheelchair access, hearing loops, guide-dog policy and booking assistance. Most UK venues operate a dedicated access booking line.
Is there parking?
Check each venue's page. Central London venues generally recommend public transport; regional venues usually have on-site or nearby paid parking.
What time should I arrive?
Doors typically open 60–90 minutes before the advertised start. Exact door times are on your ticket and the venue page.
At the show
What can I bring?
Venues operate their own bag-size and prohibited-items policies. Large bags, professional cameras and outside food/drink are usually restricted.
Can I bring a child?
Age policies are set by the venue and vary by show. Children under 14 are usually admitted only with a ticket-holding adult.
